Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are handled, and what to do if there’s an issue with your order.

1) Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under these conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item received), or

  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition (if eligible).

To be considered, your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

2) Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original condition/packaging (when applicable)

  • Any item clearly marked as final sale (if shown at checkout/product page)

3) How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (required for damaged/defective/wrong item claims)

We will reply with the next steps and return instructions.

4) Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we may provide a solution such as a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (when eligible), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5) Refunds

Once your return is approved and/or received and inspected (when applicable):

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically process within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

6) Replacements

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on availability and the specific case.

7) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not entered processing/shipping, we may be able to cancel.

  • If it has already shipped, it will be treated as a return request (if eligible).

8) Chargebacks & Disputes

If a payment dispute/chargeback is filed, order support may be paused while the case is reviewed. We recommend contacting us first so we can help resolve issues faster.
